Responsibilities:

• Network security
• Analyze and recommend solutions for client-based networking security measures.
• Evaluating firewall rule base, identifying vulnerable rules or ports and providing security recommendation as per organization practices
• Knowledge of change management system
• Capable of requirement gathering, documenting and updating processes
• Knowledge on patch and security update management
• Knowledge on Security tools that would be used to safe guard Company Networks.
• Knowledge on technologies related to Encryption, log monitoring, Network Sniffing would be of added advantage
• Knowledge on Cloud solution and architecting solution on cloud would be a added advantage.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Monitors alerting tools, handles escalated incidents from helpdesk/desk side and end users
• Respond to suspicious alerts in a consistent and repeatable manner from multiple alerting sources
• Provide 24x7 coverage through a combination of onsite normal business hours monitoring and after hours on call
• Responsible for triage of C2 alerts, Phishing attempts & AV Alerts and botnets which will make up the majority of the day-to-day threats
• Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering
• Work Experience: 1-6 Years
• Preferred Skills: Cloud Security

Additional Responsibilities:

• Candidate should have basic knowledge of Information Security
• Candidate should possess good communication skills
• Experience in interacting with clients or external stakeholders.
