In the role of Jr Integration Ops Analyst, you will support the management and maintenance of various integration platforms. You will be involved in incident management, troubleshooting, and implementing integration solutions, working closely with senior analysts and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and supporting integrations on enterprise integration cloud platforms such as Mulesoft, Axway, or IBM Integration Bus.
• Participate in incident management and service requests, monitoring operational metrics and alerts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across all environments.
• Implement bug fixes and continuous improvements to reduce incidents.
• Support the design and implementation of integration solutions based on best practices for various applications and systems.
• Create and maintain documentation related to integration processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams and other stakeholders to ensure successful project transitions.
• Engage in on-call support as necessary, including weekend rotation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in integration operations or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (Mulesoft, Axway, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of API architecture and integration methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
