As
a Campaign Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our
client service teams within the Yahoo Consumer organization and enhancing ad
performance across multiple campaigns. This position requires a detail-oriented
professional who excels in reporting, campaign management, troubleshooting,
making optimization recommendations and creative support. Your expertise in
campaign optimization and performance insights will directly impact our
clients' success and drive incremental revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Reporting and analysis: Deliver a detailed campaign report that outlines pacing and performance metrics along with in-depth insights into overall campaign effectiveness.
- Optimization Recommendations: Analyze campaign data and provide actionable optimization strategies to improve ad performance and meet campaign goals.
- Revenue Opportunities: Spot potential avenues for protecting or driving incremental revenue, aligning efforts to meet or exceed quarterly team KPI goals.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve campaign and reporting issues for internal and external reporting platforms to maintain optimal performance.
- Customized Reporting: Create customer-specific reports that offer insights into campaign performance, helping clients understand and improve results.
- Feature Requests: Identify and surface feature needs across platforms and tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of our ad tech capabilities.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor level degree (marketing, advertising, or related field)
- Experience: 2+ years in reporting and analytics, campaign management, 3rd party reporting with knowledge of Native advertising.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web analytics tracking is a plus.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain high accuracy in reporting, campaign setup, and troubleshooting.
- Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying issues, drawing insights from data, proposing solutions, and executing optimizations in high-pressure situations.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work across teams to achieve collective goals while maintaining a client-first mindset.
