Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in first level contact for support in the hosting industry, data center operations
• Provide support and maintenance for public and private cloud platforms and/or customer incidents in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• Monitor customer’s infrastructure in Azure alert, Solar Winds, and ScienceLogic.
• KCS (knowledge-centered Service) methodology with knowledge base articles in every customer interaction.
• Perform managed service-related tasks such as troubleshooting Azure related issues (public cloud), creating a ticket and escalating to Microsoft support, troubleshooting locally hosted cloud issues (private cloud), vSphere related support, VM backups and restoration, etc.
• Work with partners, vendors, and hyperscalers to provide a legendary customer experience.

• Working collaboratively with customers.

• Innovate and prototype new tools that will help Centrilogic run simply.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science or a related field.
• Any Operational System or Database Administration certification will be considered as an added advantage.
• Experience working in a Data Center environment or Customer Service organizations
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requests in an organized manner with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of business and technology processes.
• Good understanding of network components, virtual machine hosting and support and public cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Knowledge/experience in Cloud Networking is a plus.
• Must be able to work on rotating shift schedule
