In this role, you'll play a key part in strengthening security products by analyzing data, addressing customer challenges, and driving product improvements. You'll collaborate across teams to implement solutions, enhance detection accuracy, and provide insights that shape strategy and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Being proactive analyzing large datasets to identify emerging patterns of unmitigated attacks and incorrectly blocked human requests
• Resolving customer-reported escalations related to bot and abuse products and implementing corrective tuning
• Collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing the overall security posture and product capabilities
• Engaging with Professional Services and customers to implement product enhancements
• Generating regular reports on attack trends, mitigation effectiveness, and key security metrics for stakeholders
• Developing and implementing detection rules and models to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the security products

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Have 0 to 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
• Have experience with data analysis for security applications
• Have practical knowledge of application security products such as WAF and bot detection
• Have experience in SQL and familiarity with Python or similar programming languages
• Demonstrate familiarity with Internet protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL
• Have great verbal and written communication skills
