Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support by executing assigned testing tasks with precision and diligence.
• Coordinate tasks and priorities effectively with supervisor.
• Create and modify documentations and processes.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of testing topics.
• Create basic and simple script (code) for data acquisition system.
• Coordinate with supplier for ordering test setup materials.
• Storage and Record management of test specimens.
• Referring technical literature and equations.
• Supporting product development tasks include in laboratory:
•  Test set-up preparation
•  Assembly and disassembly of prototype hydraulic products
•  Test bench operation
•  Data acquisition using data measurement instruments
•  Analysis of Test specimens in terms of Function test and Fatigue strength
•  Magnetic particle test
•  5S activity in test bench area
•  Energy monitoring

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• 0 to 1 year of Industrial experience.

Must have

• Basic theoretical knowledge of Hydraulic system and its components.
• Knowledge of properties of material.
• Knowledge of any coding language and able to write simple scripts (codes) with conditions
• Good English communication and collaboration skills.

Advantage with

• Have basic knowledge of Fluid mechanics and its properties.
• Experience with shop floor activities
