Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Working independently with various stakeholder
- Have strong coordination skills with the ability to interact and manage queries from multiple stakeholders
- Work as per deadlines and meet quality benchmarks
- Assisting with ad hoc projects relating to management and operational matters
- Pro-Actively identifying improvement areas and making recommendations to help improve the productivity and efficiency of the business
- Undertake any other duties which may reasonably be deemed to come within the scope of the post, which may result in additional responsibilities being added to the role
- Work in fast pace and a demanding environment under pressure
- Preparation of various monthly, quarterly and year to date reports
- Collate all required information for operational performance framework and management reporting
- Keeping track of various tracker and sending daily and weekly reminders.
- Extract data from timesheet to run various analysis such as:
- Preparing and reconciliation of leave reports
- Auditing the accuracy and completeness of these reports
- Maintaining records of all employees, new joiners, leavers, and secondments
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in relevant field.
Preferred
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with Databases and Power BI
- Ability to prepare dashboards, MI Reports
- Deep understanding of KPIs like utilisation, attrition, headcount etc
- Proficiency/Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint, Adobe Professional

- Ability to build and maintain relationships within team and with other departments
