The Investment Specialist (IS) team is part of the Global Fixed Income and Liquidity Solutions Portfolio Management team. IS team works closely with Lead Portfolio Managers (LPMs) and is focused on the strategic development, growth and positioning of their Fixed Income product offerings. This includes being involved in all aspects of the new business process, providing portfolio and investment strategy information as well as market developments to their existing clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop Product Knowledge - gain understanding of Fixed Income investment products including Money Markets, Municipals, High Yield, Emerging Market Debt, Commodities, Currency, and Hedge Funds.
• Servicing Existing Clients – Own and deliver standard and customized client materials including performance review books - ensuring work is of the highest commercial quality – attention to detail is paramount
• Drive the identification, development, and implementation of automation solutions for client deliverables, utilizing internal toolkits and partnering with Technology and Operations teams.
• Streamlining and improving data sourcing, reporting workflow to create efficiencies
• Business Development – Take active participation in all aspects of the new business process, including but not limited to; responding to ad hoc client queries, providing specialist product or market input to RFPs, creation of bespoke and customized presentation materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's degree of Finance, Economics, Business or Commerce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
• Enthusiasm for Fixed Income products and market
