Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Associate – KYC at BNP Paribas, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily operations/workflow related to Client Onboarding, KYC & Transaction Processing.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance, AML monitoring, and risk control framework adherence.
• Handling operations in CEP, GMO, and Product Control departments including:
• Trade Processing, Settlement, Clearing & Reconciliation
• PNL & Valuations Control, OTC Documentation, Trading & Portfolio Controls
• Client Referential Services & AML Transaction Monitoring
• Performing KYC screenings on institutional clients across SDD, CDD & EDD levels.
• Collaborating with stakeholders including Trading Desk, Front Office, Tax Team, and Technology Teams.
• Contributing to risk management, regulatory reporting, and financial data reconciliation.
• Responding to client queries & providing support for global banking operations.
• Participating in process improvement projects, automation initiatives, and compliance checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or Operations.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Financial Instruments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Reporting Tools & Data Analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high workloads and meet strict deadlines.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts.
