Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers and ERP systems.
• Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing discrepancies and commercial terms.
• Provide timely reports, financial analysis, and ERP-based insights.
• Maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and internal customers.
• Manage vendor master records, vendor setup, and updates in ERP systems.
• Advise stakeholders regarding modifications from original requests.
• Obtain price and non-pricing information from approved suppliers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate/Engineering/Post Graduate).
• Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems: BAAN / SAP / Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN) highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work in all shifts.
