Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver outcomes with quality and timeliness.
• Conduct client due diligence and surveillance with 100% accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure adherence to all policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
• Act as a bridge between global teams, local teams, and clients in Australia.
• Contribute to policy review, SOP improvements, and process optimization.
• Collaborate on client onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and support cross-functional teams.
• Lead small initiatives and contribute to implementation of solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• University graduate (mandatory).
• Ability to think strategically and work independently.
• Strong business communication skills in English.
• Experience in handling sensitive client information.
• Knowledge of contact center operations (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in KYC, AML, Client Onboarding, or Financial Crime Risk Management.
• Exposure to Customer Lifecycle Management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle discussions with teams and clients effectively.
• Background in Banking or Operations will be an advantage.
