Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to formulate plans for Infrastructure Engineering strategy.
• Support automated methodologies for builds (servers, load balancers, firewall policies, and application firewall rules).
• Contribute to ownership and design of new infrastructure solutions and optimization for multiple projects.
• Maintain and document installation and configuration procedures, with a focus on automation.
• Cross-train and collaborate with peers to enhance shared knowledge and avoid single points of dependency.
• Work with management to establish technical policies and procedures for operational teams.
• Drive compliance and security efforts in managing infrastructure systems.
• Continuously improve infrastructure service availability.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Infrastructure Coordinators on project execution and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields (additional experience may substitute degree).
• Experience: No prior related experience required. Freshers can apply.
