About the Role – Financial Analyst at iCIMS

iCIMS is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in India, reporting directly to the Manager of FP&A.

This is a high-growth role where you will play a vital part in driving business decisions through data-driven financial analysis, reporting automation, and strategic insights. The role provides global exposure with partial overlap in U.S. business hours to collaborate with international teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a financial data expert, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reports and analyses.
  • Drive Adaptive Insights integrations, data loads, process automation, and reporting improvements.
  • Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and financial reporting solutions to enhance forecasting and decision-making.
  • Collect, validate, and organize financial and operational data from multiple systems (Adaptive Insights, Workday, NetSuite).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounting, HR, and Vendor Management.
  • Identify key performance drivers and provide variance analysis for both departmental and consolidated reports.
  • Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial performance reports.
  • Assist in month-end close activities such as expense reviews, personnel planning, and budget analysis.
  • Maintain integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with iCIMS values, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience with Adaptive Insights, including report automation and dashboard development.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data validation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
