Roles and Responsibilities

• Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade networks and infrastructures for enterprise systems.
• Monitor network and systems for faults, and perform analysis of alerts using monitoring tools.
• Provide technical support to end-users, escalating issues to senior analysts if required.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system, application, and network issues in IT infrastructure.
• Perform system backups and disaster recovery for business continuity.
• Identify and prevent potential network security threats.
• Install and maintain hardware/software: servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations across the infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
• ITIL Certified.
• CCNA / CCNP / CCIE / MCSE / RHEL / Cloud Certification.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center job roleor enterprise-level IT environment.
• Experience in 24x7 IT infrastructure operations.
• Strong knowledge of heterogeneous technology environments: Windows/Linux.
• Understanding of network protocols(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP).
• Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Familiarity with SNMP, Syslog, and NetFlow monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and team collaboration abilities.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
