Roles and Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of investment restrictions and compliance guidelines.
  • Learn and execute rule coding and testing in Order Management Systems (OMS).
  • Identify potential breaches through transaction activity and escalate as per standard procedures.
  • Prepare documentation to support compliance reviews and regulatory audits.
  • Work with global compliance teams on monitoring, reporting, testing, and process controls.
  • Assist in compliance projects, automation initiatives, and enhanced regulatory controls.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technology staff to resolve compliance issues.
  • Respond to queries across teams and escalate advanced cases to managers.
  • Present insights and compliance learnings to the team periodically.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–2 years of related work experience in the Asset Management Industry.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products, programming languages, and global regulations (UCITS, SFC, FCA, SEC, ERISA) preferred.
