Roles and
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of investment restrictions and compliance guidelines.
- Learn and execute rule coding and testing in Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Identify potential breaches through transaction activity and escalate as per standard procedures.
- Prepare documentation to support compliance reviews and regulatory audits.
- Work with global compliance teams on monitoring, reporting, testing, and process controls.
- Assist in compliance projects, automation initiatives, and enhanced regulatory controls.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technology staff to resolve compliance issues.
- Respond to queries across teams and escalate advanced cases to managers.
- Present insights and compliance learnings to the team periodically.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years of related work experience in the Asset Management Industry.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products, programming languages, and global regulations (UCITS, SFC, FCA, SEC, ERISA) preferred.
