Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the management and maintenance of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud services.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Work with Kubernetes, Argo CD, and Helm to support deployment automation.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python knowledge preferred).
• Monitor systems with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK.
• Collaborate with senior DevOps engineers to resolve issues and implement best practices.
• Communicate effectively with teams in India and Portugal, overlapping work hours when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering (internship/project experience also considered).
• Hands-on exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (Compute, Networking, IAM).
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and GitLab pipelines.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and system administration knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work in India hours with some overlap with the Portugal team.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Helm, Argo CD, or other automation tools.
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
