Roles and Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst at Visa, you will:

• Review and assess adequacy of walkthrough documentation and test effectiveness of IT controls.
• Conduct SOX 404 testing and document findings in work papers for internal and external review.
• Participate in IT controls meetings with stakeholders, auditors, and the SOX team.
• Report control issues, develop Management Action Plans, and evaluate adequacy of remediation.
• Provide expertise on COSO and IT SOX internal control frameworks.
• Handle day-to-day collaboration with external auditors on compliance and risk issues.
• Support the planning and execution of the annual SOX program for IT controls.
• Contribute to financial compliance and IT audit best practices for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology / Commerce / related degree.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills with root cause analysis ability.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to work across levels.
• Knowledge of internal auditing frameworks (COSO, IT SOX).
• Experience handling IT controls and financial systems preferred.
• CISA / CISM certification is an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong academic backgrounds in finance/audit may also apply.
