• XDR Platforms (e.g., Trend Micro Vision One, Microsoft Defender XDR, SentinelOne) SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Azure Sentinel)EDR/AV, Email Security Gateways, DLP, Firewall Logs
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and threat vectors
• Familiarity with logs, alerts, TCP/IP, DNS, and endpoint/network activity
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment
• Strong communication and documentation skill
