Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and automate multiple components of infrastructure and deployment systems to streamline delivery processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and release automation.
• Ensure smooth integration between IT and development environments for better code continuity.
• Provide technical support for automation tools and resolve incidents proactively to minimize downtime.
• Stay current with cloud computing trends (AWS, Azure, GCP) and implement best DevOps practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through infrastructure automation and containerization.
• Participate in designing production-ready environments with scalability and high availability in mind.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (Jenkins, BitBucket, Nexus, AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift).
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or CloudFormation.
• Strong scripting experience in Python, Groovy, or Bash for automation and system integration.
• Knowledge of RedHat/Linux systems and experience in monitoring, deployment, and configuration management.
• Familiarity with tools like Sonar, Artifactory, Helm, Couchbase, and Postgres.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and cloud-based distributed systems.
• Experience in high-availability setups including TLS, load balancing, and hybrid cluster environments.
