The CSG (Contact Support Group) is Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) division that manages IT infrastructure incidents and service requests through digital and traditional channels such as email, chat, and AI-driven tools. CSG focuses on providing AI-based IT support and cloud infrastructure management for global clients. You’ll play a key role in problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and incident management using modern tools and analytics to improve user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-quality technical support and customer service via phone, chat, and email.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets based on urgency and category.
  • Track, update, and close tickets while keeping customers informed.
  • Use business intelligence tools to analyze customer data and improve support efficiency.
  • Provide first contact resolution for customer queries.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to internet connectivity, passwords, and account access.
  • Utilize Capgemini’s AI bot CHIP for faster and smarter problem resolution.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by updating FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
  • Handle customer interactions in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.
  • Be flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts across regions and time zones.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English speaking and writing ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and relocate if required.
