Job Role: Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at CDK, you will work on gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decisions and strategy. You’ll design interactive dashboards, automate reporting workflows, and leverage BI tools to create actionable insights. The role focuses on data-driven decision-making, process automation, and machine learning model support. Roles and Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and visualize business data using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Automate data workflows using Power Automate and other reporting systems.
• Create meaningful dashboards that help stakeholders understand key business trends.
• Document processes, data sources, and workflows to improve organizational transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps, improve insights, and define project priorities.
• Train users on BI dashboards and reports to ensure consistent adoption.
• Manage multiple BI requests and maintain a clear backlog of analytics tasks.
• Support the company’s long-term data and analytics transformation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
• Strong command of SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a large corporate environment with multiple data systems.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
• Knowledge of Python, JSON, and Machine Learning models.
• Experience with statistical testing and A/B analysis (Chi-Squared, T-Test, etc.).
