Job Role: Associate – Customer Support

As an Associate Customer Support Executive at Tech Mahindra, you will be responsible for assisting international customers through various support channels such as phone, chat, and email. You will handle customer concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless support experience while maintaining company standards. This position offers a dynamic environment to build strong communication, problem-solving, and service-handling skills — essential for career advancement in the customer experience and contact center domain.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries, issues, and complaints professionally via phone, email, or chat.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support for international clients, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for quality audits and follow-ups.
  • Escalate complex cases to supervisors when required.
  • Provide clear information and step-by-step guidance to customers.
  • Maintain data accuracy in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction scores through active listening and empathy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Any Graduate / 12th Pass with at least 6 months of experience in customer service or BPO.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic technical/computer knowledge for managing systems and databases.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

Shift Details & Work Schedule

  • 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Week Offs.
  • US Rotational Graveyard Shifts (Night Shifts).
  • 9.5 Hours per day (including a 1-hour break).
  • Both side cab service available within transport boundaries.
