Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate availability of periodic key operational metrics and reports (weekly/monthly).
• Collect and verify data, ensuring completeness and reporting accuracy.
• Respond to internal customer queries and support bug fixes as part of daily operations.
• Collaborate with IP Operations stakeholders to implement operational metrics and enable reliable decision-making.
• Lead reporting development with business partners; manage requirements collection and prioritization.
• Collaborate with both technology and operations teams to deliver analytics solutions aligned with reporting strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis or analytics.
• Excellent working knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Proficiency in database design, SQL, data models, and ETL techniques.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
• Ability to organize, document, and deliver structured analysis.
• Team-oriented, open-minded, and customer-focused attitude.
