Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform data quality control and validation using internal applications.
• Analyze and verify vendor-transmitted data from keyed documents.
• Review and correct failed validation cases and ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze document images and extract key data for various document and court case types.
• Provide clarification and feedback to vendors on identified errors.
• Generate and review reports such as QC, upload, missing document, and suspend reports.
• Identify and remediate data issues, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Reconcile and document process failures and validations.
• Maintain adherence to department and industry standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis or operations.
• Strong analytical skills with quality assurance experience.
• Basic knowledge of real estate data and public record data maintenance.
• Familiarity with county-specific nuances for recorded documents and court cases.
• Knowledge of Recorder Data, Mortgage documents, Deed of Trust, Foreclosure, NOD, NOS, and Title documents.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
• Strong organizational and results-driven mindset.
