Job Overview

Colliers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Analyst to join their global Information Security team. This role offers hands-on experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) domains, while also focusing on technical aspects of network, cloud, and application security. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST, and contribute to responsible AI risk management across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain security controls across cloud (Azure and other hyperscale platforms), network, server, and application environments.
• Support cyber risk assessments, document findings, and contribute to internal security audits.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in SOX, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to prioritize vulnerability remediation and enhance risk mitigation efforts.
• Track and report key cybersecurity metrics, including risk indicators and mean time to remediate (MTTR).
• Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance regulations.
• Evaluate and mitigate AI-related security risks across automation tools and digital platforms.
• Contribute to cybersecurity awareness initiatives to promote safe and responsible technology usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, or IT security operations.
• Understanding of ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Knowledge of cyber risk assessment methodologies and compliance processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), networking, and server management.
• Awareness of AI security risks and data protection standards.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Desirable Skills

• Experience using SIEM, vulnerability scanning, or endpoint protection tools.
• Exposure to GRC tools or risk management platforms.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft SC-900, ISO 27001 Foundation, or AI Security credentials.
• Prior experience in a multinational or matrixed organization preferred.
