Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production control operations and application support processes.
• Work on web technologies (IIS / .NET) and MS-SQL databases for troubleshooting and system management.
• Provide end-user and backend technical support ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain infrastructure stability and resolve incidents.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level engineers as per SOP.
• Work in rotational shifts including night shifts to support business operations.
• Contribute to operational process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Prepare documentation for technical processes and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, MCA, M.Tech, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in IT operations, production support, or application support.
• Freshers with excellent academics are also welcome.
• Working knowledge of web technologies (IIS, .NET) and databases (MS-SQL).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
• Ability to work in rotational and hybrid work models.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
