About the Role

As an Analyst at eClerx, you’ll play a vital role in supporting global investment banking operations and ensuring accurate trade lifecycle management. This role involves exposure to financial markets, derivatives, and risk management processes, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates aspiring to start a career in finance and investment banking operations.

You’ll be responsible for performing high-quality analysis, reconciling trade data, and collaborating with clients to maintain superior service delivery. The position demands excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and process improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate risks promptly, reporting any outstanding issues to clients.
• Perform trade support activities across the trade lifecycle, including confirmation matching, pre-settlement support, and reconciliation of trade positions.
• Support Front Office to Back Office operations, cash settlements, and report generation.
• Manage Syndicated Loans operations and Corporate Action setups efficiently.
• Handle Reference Data management, Regulatory reporting, and KYC support functions.
• Gain hands-on experience with a variety of financial instruments such as equities, derivatives, interest rate swaps, FX, futures, commodities, and bonds.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client SLAs while maintaining process accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA) or Master’s Degree (M.Com, MBA, PGDM).
• 0–2 years of experience in investment banking or capital market operations.
• Basic knowledge of finance, trade lifecycle, and derivatives.
• Strong logical reasoning and quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with global clients.
