About the Role

Join American Express as a New Accounts Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in evaluating and approving new customer applications. The Global New Accounts (GNA) team ensures seamless onboarding experiences for U.S. customers while maintaining data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a global financial environment, providing customer-centric solutions and driving service excellence. You’ll be the first point of contact for American Express customers, ensuring high-quality support and professional handling of new account processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly process credit card applications as per defined procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to U.S. applicants and existing card members.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis on customer profiles to ensure accurate decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with internal audit, data security, and confidentiality standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for American Express by providing world-class service.
• Support audit and compliance teams in identifying and addressing control issues.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the new accounts process and support ongoing initiatives.
• Handle both inbound and outbound communication channels effectively.
