About the Role

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program ensures secure, end-to-end access control for employees, contractors, and the applications they use. This role involves working within the Cyber Security team, focusing on IAM governance, access controls, and compliance operations. The IAM Governance Analyst will play a key role in maintaining IAM tools, supporting deployment initiatives, and ensuring that access management activities comply with organizational policies. The position reports directly to the IAM Operations Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively as a team player supporting peers and management.
• Assist the IAM Governance Lead in tracking issues, monitoring documentation, and escalating IAM-related incidents.
• Support IAM governance by maintaining and reporting metrics regularly.
• Contribute to the weekly and monthly IAM governance activities.
• Manage daily administrative tasks, generate reports, and communicate with internal departments.
• Ensure IAM compliance with cybersecurity best practices and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of experience in the Cyber Security industry
• Proficiency in mixed OS environments (Windows, Linux, UNIX/BSD).
• Understanding of cloud computing and security principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience or familiarity with SailPoint or CyberArk is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail while handling multiple security tasks.
