About the Role

Join the Global Payments Network Operations team as an Associate Senior Network Analyst. In this role, you will install, configure, and maintain the organization’s LAN and WAN network communications, ensuring seamless connectivity and uptime.

You will be responsible for identifying network issues, isolating root causes, and recommending corrective actions to maintain service reliability. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Telecommunication Engineers, LAN Administrators, and RF specialists to ensure enterprise networking solutions run efficiently within a 24x7 high-availability environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving intermediate-level network problems within the Global Payments Network Infrastructure.
• Administer assigned network project and issue resolution tasks effectively.
• Participate in executing intermediate design plans and implementation scripts.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and clients regarding network implementation progress.
• Generate reports on network performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure network stability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Support continuous improvements in WAN optimization, QoS, and load balancing practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in enterprise networking or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of LAN and WAN administration, including dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Understanding of WAN optimization, QoS, and global MPLS networks supporting voice and data.
• Hands-on experience in load balancing (global DNS and local application).
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and make informed recommendations for performance improvements.
• Preferred: Advanced network certifications (e.g., CCNP, JNCIS, or equivalent).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Complexity and Supervision

• Works on moderately complex assignments, requiring analytical thinking and initiative.
• Receives general guidance for new projects but works independently for daily operations.
• Expected to deliver proactive solutions and recommendations for network improvement.
