Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a Service Desk / Helpdesk / Desktop Support Engineer providing technical assistance to global users.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, MS Office applications, email, Internet connections, and hardware/peripherals.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalation of complex technical problems to next-level IT support.
  • Follow standard IT support procedures, ticketing systems, and documentation protocols.
  • Work in night shifts to support international clients (especially in the USA and other global regions).
  • Contribute to process improvement and ensure high-quality customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware-related issues effectively.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL framework.
  • Familiarity with Information Security principles (ISO 27001) and documentation standards.
  • Quick learning ability and strong analytical mindset.
  • Innovative problem-solving and cost-benefit analysis capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Engineering or Science graduates preferred.
  • Willingness to work exclusively in night shifts as part of a global IT support team.
