Roles and
Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in customers efficiently and meet assigned sales and service targets.
- Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering)standards set by HSBC.
- Monitor and report any suspicious or sanction-evasion activities to the appropriate compliance officers.
- Support the Country or Regional Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) AML Officein investigations when required.
- Complete all mandatory AML and sanctions-related trainingwithin the assigned timeframe.
- Follow internal policies on customer due diligence (CDD)and enhanced due diligence (EDD)to maintain compliance.
- Identify and manage high-risk indicatorsfor products and services, such as cash deposits, wire transfers, and credit card operations.
- Maintain accurate records for all HSBC and non-HSBC customer transactions in line with regulatory standards.
- Uphold HSBC’s reputation by ensuring strict adherence to compliance, transparency, and customer service standards.
Required

- Minimum university graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills(verbal and written).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Positive and professional attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.
