About the Role

Kroll is seeking an Analyst I for its Client Services Operations team. The role involves performing financial data analysis, research, and reporting support services for Kroll’s internal business units. You will work on financial models, valuation reports, and data extraction from public and proprietary sources, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. As an Analyst, you will contribute to client services operations and financial reporting, assisting the business in making informed commercial decisions and improving data accessibility.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze trial balances, accounting schedules, and financial data.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Update/input financial data into models/templates as per client guidelines.
• Perform detailed analysis of income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and ratios.
• Proactively highlight exceptions and anomalies in financial data.
• Ensure >99% accuracy in deliverables and meet turnaround time (TAT) expectations.
• Raise queries and coordinate with team leads for timely resolution.
• Participate in process improvement and contribute cost-saving ideas.
• Assist in training sessions, walkthroughs, and team huddles.
• Ensure compliance with Kroll policies and documentation standards.
• Support process documentation and creation of SOPs/checklists.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BAF, BFM, B. Com, BBA, BMS, BBI, etc.) or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
• MBA or MMS from a recognized university preferred.
• Progress toward CFA certification is highly desirable.
• 0–2 years of experience as a research or financial analyst.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred).
• Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and reporting concepts.
