About the Role

Reporting to the AI Security Advisor, the Senior Security Analyst will evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls applied to AI/ML systems. The role integrates AI security risk management with a strong grasp of machine learning workflows and AI compliance frameworks. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, DevOps, and data science—to embed robust security throughout the AI lifecycle, from development to deployment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor end-to-end security controls on AI/ML systems.
• Conduct AI threat modeling and risk assessments using frameworks like MAESTRO.
• Identify and address risks such as model inversion, data poisoning, and adversarial attacks.
• Integrate AI security testing tools within MLOps pipelines.
• Provide guidance on secure AI coding practices to engineering and data teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in cybersecurity controls, ideally within AI/ML environments.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps pipelines, model lifecycle management, and data governance.
• Familiarity with AI-specific vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, adversarial ML).
• Experience with cloud-native AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
