Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts in PowerShell and Batch.
• Configure, manage, and optimize ConnectWise Automate, CW RMM, Screen Connect, and Ninja RMM tools.
• Create and deploy monitors, alerts, and automation scripts within RMM platforms.
• Troubleshoot plugin failures, script errors, and monitoring breakdowns.
• Provide after-hours and rotational shift support in a 24x7x365 operational setup.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth IT service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Any Technical Graduate.
• Experience: 1–2 years in System Administration / NOC Operations / RMM Management (freshers can apply).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PowerShell and Batch scripting.
• Hands-on with ConnectWise Automate, CW RMM, Screen Connect, Ninja RMM.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and provide after-hours support.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure.
