Join
ReliaQuest’s innovative cybersecurity team as an Associate Technical Support
Analyst, where you’ll help deliver outstanding technical support to end users
of the GreyMatter Digital Risk Protection platform. In this role, you’ll
troubleshoot technical issues, ensure client satisfaction, and play a key part
in safeguarding organizations against digital threats and cyber risks. This
position offers hands-on experience with enterprise-grade cybersecurity tools,
making it ideal for anyone looking to build a long-term career in IT security
and digital risk protection.
Roles and
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all inbound queries, issues, and service requests related to the GreyMatter platform.
- Deliver best-in-class customer support and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams for timely issue resolution.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary data for resolving digital content and domain takedown cases.
- Track and report findings relevant to cyber threat mitigation and digital content removal.
- Stay up to date with emerging cyber threats, industry regulations, and digital protection technologies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal support protocols.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in Technical Support, IT, or Cybersecurity Operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience in technical support, networking, or cybersecurity is also accepted.
- Strong command of English communication (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and addressing technical queries.
- Familiarity with internet infrastructure, domain registration, and digital content takedown processes.
- Experience working with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
Desirable
Experience
- Experience supporting enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions.
- Certifications in Cybersecurity, Threat Intelligence, or Technical Support (e.g., CompTIA Security+, OSINT).
- Experience managing B2B client communications across multiple time zones.
- Understanding of digital brand protection, domain security, and phishing mitigation.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to deliver insights that improve client outcomes.
