Roles and
Responsibilities
- Cybersecurity Assurance & Compliance
- Track and report on vulnerabilities, incidents, and remediation activities aligned with Visa’s global security standards.
- Support frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and reduce risks.
- Assist in governance processes for access control, entitlements, and risk mitigation.
- Maintain data accuracy in cybersecurity systems and dashboards.
- Technology, Automation & AI Integration
- Support automation workflows using Python, Power Automate, Power BI, and ETL frameworks.
- Apply data analytics and AI to enhance compliance monitoring and risk assessment.
- Help develop dashboards and anomaly detection tools for continuous security improvement.
- Contribute to API integrations and data automation for proactive compliance tracking.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with business units to automate security and compliance tasks.
- Participate in internal cybersecurity projects and innovation programs.
- Explore emerging technologies such as Cloud Security, Machine Learning, and AI-powered Threat Detection.
- Prepare reports and summaries for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or automation.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, governance, and frameworks.
- Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, SQL, automation tools).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Hands-on exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
- Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of ETL, APIs, or AI/ML concepts for data-driven risk management.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset.
