assistance to global clients, ensuring quick resolution and high customer
satisfaction. This role requires troubleshooting desktop systems, managing
tickets in real time, and resolving user issues through calls, chats, and
emails. Strong customer service skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to
multitask are key to success.

Roles &
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, chat, or email.
- Handle core IT support for clients worldwide (24x7 environment).
- Troubleshoot and configure desktop hardware, peripherals, and operating systems (Windows).
- Work with chat platforms like Microsoft Teams / Skype to assist users.
- Perform software installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Manage tickets in real time and document issue resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
- Follow defined SLAs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for issue handling.
- Maintain logs of problems, resolutions, and customer feedback.
- Suggest process and knowledge base improvements.
- Work in rotational shifts, ensuring round-the-clock support.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. (IT/Computer), B.Tech/BE, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or M.Sc. (Computer Science).
- Experience: 0 – 6 months in IT Support (Freshers eligible).
- Technical Skills: Basic networking, operating systems, and hardware setup.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Reporting: Directly to Team Lead.
