Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Manage Audit & Compliance Operations: Serve as "mission control" for the compliance calendar, utilizing Jira to streamline evidence collection and ensure continuous audit-readiness for SOC 2, ISO 42001, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Drive Privacy Operations & Triage: Act as the primary point of contact for the privacy mailbox, triaging data subject queries and escalating complex issues while maintaining the corporate risk register.
- Innovate through AI Integration: Identify automation opportunities within GRC workflows and collaborate on the development of AI agents to streamline Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with IT, Engineering, and Customer Success to integrate security and privacy controls into daily operations and promote a global culture of privacy awareness.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in compliance, IT audit, legal, or risk management roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Regulatory & Framework Knowledge: Foundational understanding of global data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA) and security frameworks (SOC 2).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Jira for task tracking and workflow management.
- Operational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines and high-integrity documentation.
Good-to-Have
Skills
- Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 42001 (AI Management) or privacy management software (e.g., OneTrust, RadarFirst).
- Certifications: Foundational industry credentials such as CompTIA Security+ or ISACA CISA.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Law, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
