Job
Description – Technical Support Specialist I
In
this role, you will provide technical subject matter expertise directly to
Cision customers via phone, chat, and case communication using recognized tools
and support processes. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, assist with
platform configuration, and guide customers in utilizing purchased features
effectively.
Roles and
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle queries via phone, chat, and case systems while maintaining service-level objectives.
- Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot software and platform issues; provide accurate solutions efficiently.
- Mentorship: Offer guidance to new team members and assist with onboarding processes.
- Problem Solving: Identify issues quickly and use internal tools or documentation to resolve them.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Maintain professional and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Time Management: Prioritize workloads and meet performance targets with minimal supervision.
