The Center of Account Excellence (CoAE) team supports Deloitte client leaders in enhancing how they serve their most valued clients. The CoAE professionals manage internal account operations, ensuring seamless execution so that leaders can focus on delivering client value. The Growth & Purpose – ODC team works on Navigate, a Salesforce-based platform that simplifies and automates account on/offboarding processes for Deloitte’s U.S. clients. This system centralizes operational workflows, enabling efficiency and consistency across multiple client accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates aspiring to build a long-term career in business operations, data management, and client relationship support within a global organization like Deloitte.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Center of Account Excellence (CoAE) professional, your key focus will be on operational excellence and client delivery support.

  • Client Deliverables
    • Ensure accurate entry of critical data into internal systems and applications.
    • Perform on/offboarding tasks for professionals through Service Procurement Solutions (SPS) and other platforms.
    • Follow detailed instructions and execute processes efficiently while meeting SLAs.
    • Generate simple reports, maintain documentation, and provide timely status updates.
  • Quality Management
    • Complete all assigned tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templates.
    • Conduct self-reviews for accuracy before submission.
    • Maintain accountability for assigned deliverables and ensure quality benchmarks are met.
    • Continuously improve through feedback from quality controllers and mentors.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration
    • Collaborate effectively with team members to manage workloads.
    • Share knowledge, support peers, and contribute to a positive work environment.
    • Display adaptability to changing business needs and shift schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–1 years of professional experience (Freshers eligible).
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
