Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform all defined cost accounting activities with accuracy.
• Understand corporate accounting policies and monitor key cost accounting metrics.
• Implement cost-saving and time-saving initiatives through process improvements and pocket kaizens.
• Collaborate with the operations team to track and follow up on metric non-conformances.
• Post month-end journal entries related to accruals and reclassifications in the ERP system.
• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document them in the Document Management System (DMS).
• Learn and serve as a backup for the cost accountant when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of MS applications.
• Strong communication skills in English — written and oral.
• Good analytical skills with strong teamwork capabilities.
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills in day-to-day activities.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and MS Office.
• Ability to understand and interpret accounting policies.
• Ideal for candidates pursuing finance and accounting career opportunities.
