Description – Process Developer (Insurance – London Market) at Genpact
Genpact
is hiring Process Developers / Process Associates to work in the Insurance
(London Market) Operations Team. The selected candidates will handle fiduciary
accounting processes, cash applications, and reconciliations for insurance and
reinsurance clients. This role involves data management, financial
transactions, and client coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery of
business processes. Candidates will gain in-depth exposure to global insurance
operations and financial reconciliation systems used by top multinational
insurers.
Roles and
Responsibilities
- Perform transaction processing for the Insurance London Market Fiduciary Accounting process.
- Handle cash applications, credit control (premium collection), payments, and reconciliations.
- Understand debit and credit accounting principles and manage transactional data.
- Coordinate with clients via emails, conference calls, and training sessions.
- Manage MIS activities, reports, and data collation.
- Identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support insurance and reinsurance back-office processes with accuracy and timeliness.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Commerce Graduate (Non-Technical)
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant accounting/insurance background
- Domain Knowledge: Insurance / Reinsurance Fiduciary Accounting preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Additional Advantage: Knowledge of London Insurance Market operations
