Job Description – Junior Compliance Analyst at Ciklum 2025

As a Junior Compliance Analyst, you’ll join a cross-functional development and compliance team that helps ensure ethical and regulatory integrity across multiple industries. Ciklum delivers high-impact digital and product engineering solutions for Fortune 500 and fast-growing businesses across healthcare, fintech, travel, sportswear, and security sectors. Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct background checks for candidates and third parties.
• Coordinate with background verification (BGV) providers to initiate, track, and review reports.
• Identify discrepancies, prepare documentation, and align findings with the Head of Risk & Compliance.
• Manage payment workflows with vendors — including invoicing, requests, and documentation.
• Support various compliance initiatives, including report creation, audit assistance, and presentation preparation.
• Ensure all compliance data is accurate, confidential, and aligned with company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive work.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
