Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded software
• Support certification-related activities
• Analyze complex technical problems and propose solutions
• Perform responsibilities with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BE/ME in Computer Science or Electronics
• 0 to 3 years of experience in Real-Time Embedded Software development / system activities
• Strong coding skills in C, C++, and Assembly
• Experience working with RTOS or bare-metal environments
• Ability to follow DO-178C levels (optional)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project goals
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities

Additional Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Embedded Software Development
• Expertise in C, C++ coding, and hardware debugging
• Knowledge of Deos™ / RTOS / Linux or any real-time OS
• Familiarity with architectures such as Xilinx, NXP, PPC, ARM
• Ability to design and develop BSPs, Device Drivers (ARINC 429, RS422, RS232, Ethernet, etc.) and middleware
• Skills in requirement development, design, testing, integration, and review
• DO-178C knowledge is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Highly motivated, innovative, and results-driven
