You will manage key operational and accounting processes for CWAN’s global client base while maintaining transparent communication with fund administrators, custodians, and trading counterparties.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on confirmations and settlements
• Confirm trades executed by clients with counterparty confirmations on T+0
• Communicate with counterparties to resolve missing or mismatched confirmations
• Serve as a liaison between counterparties and custodians to ensure timely trade settlements
• Maintain vigilance and accuracy while handling trade confirmation emails

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Sciences, or related fields
• 0–1 years of experience in Middle/Back-Office roles within Hedge Funds, Fund Administrators, or Prime Brokers
• General knowledge of hedge fund products including Equities, Equity Swaps, Interest Rate Swaps, Credit Default Swaps, Futures & Options
• Understanding of market trade workflows and ability to meet turnaround times
• Ability to assess exceptions and deviations from standard processes
• Familiarity with the Settlements process and communication with Custodians/Counterparties
• Experience with OMGEO, CTM, NYFIX is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
• Willingness to work in APAC and EMEA shifts
