Roles and
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain accurate lease documentation.
- Ensure timely workflow management for all document-related tasks.
- Collaborate with Lease Administration teams to complete workloads within deadlines and escalate concerns as needed.
- Abstract key information from lease agreements and related contract documents.
- Enter and validate lease data in portfolio and database systems.
- Cross-check abstracts and system data for accuracy.
- Review system reports to ensure completeness and data integrity.
- Match and review lease documents to ensure completeness before abstraction.
- Record document details accurately in trackers and Master Control Logs.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve abstraction/document-related issues.
- Review landlord invoices to ensure compliance with lease terms.
- Prepare area, cost schedules, and variance reports for validation.
- Maintain process compliance with internal and external audit standards.
- Assist with preparing and circulating database reports.
- Provide monthly standard or ad-hoc reports as per reporting calendar.
- Identify missing information, queries, and data gaps.
- Support the Compliance Team in resolving audit anomalies.
- Complete compliance-required activities as assigned.

- Ensure timely completion of database reporting requirements.

- Strong computer skills in MS Excel & Outlook.
