This role requires a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Talent Development team by analyzing learning patterns across the organization. The Associate will gather, process, and review data from learning initiatives to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data related to employee learning and development programs.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to track learning trends.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance learning program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs.
  • Present insights and findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Apply program and project management capabilities to support insights delivery.
  • Leverage data insights for improving organizational learning outcomes.

To Qualify for the Role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
