R&D Analyst will play a vital role in supporting Kone’s Research &
Development operations by driving data-based decisions and process
improvements. The position involves analyzing KPIs, enhancing productivity
metrics, and managing digital transformation and automation initiatives across

Roles and
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all R&D department heads to gather monthly KPIs, project updates, and performance reports.
- Analyze performance data, identify productivity trends, and generate insights using advanced analytical tools.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting systems for performance tracking.
- Assist the R&D Head in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.
- Support the preparation of progress summaries, management reports, and review presentations.
- Conduct variance analysis and suggest measures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to align cost, resource, and productivity data.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data consolidation and reporting.
- Participate in workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely completion of assigned action items.
