About the Role

As a Trainee – WFM (Workforce Management) at Saks Global, you’ll assist in tracking and analyzing contact center performance to ensure that service levels, agent adherence, and productivity goals are consistently met. This entry-level WFM job in Bangalore is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Workforce Management, Analytics, or Operations. You’ll receive hands-on training under experienced professionals and gain exposure to real-time business metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools used in modern contact centers.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support in monitoring real-time performance across multiple channels (voice, chat, and email).
  • Learn key WFM metrics such as schedule adherence, occupancy, and service levels.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining trackers, reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Shadow senior RTAs to understand real-time decision-making and escalation protocols.
  • Maintain agent schedules, attendance logs, and manage exception requests.
  • Participate actively in WFM training programs and process improvement sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and escalate operational issues when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Engineering, or Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for basic data handling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn WFM concepts and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Basic understanding of contact center operations or WFM metrics (AHT, Service Level, Occupancy).
  • Interest in data analytics, business intelligence, or report automation.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to adapt.
